Video Production

Our video team shoots commercials, documentaries, and brand films on cinema-grade cameras with a full grip and lighting package. We handle scripting, casting, location scouting, direction, and on-set leadership from the first call to the final take. Our story

Four moments that built the studio.

Fourteen years ago we opened a small edit suite in Draper with one camera and a borrowed light kit. What followed is a timeline of quiet growth and loud work. The garage door has long since closed, but the rule that opened it still runs the floor: every job gets the same care, and every deadline gets met. These are the milestones that shaped the studio, and each one taught us something we still use every day.

2015

Studio founded in Draper

HoldTyte opened the studio in a converted garage with a single camera, a fold-out table, and the conviction that local brands deserved national-quality film. The first clients were neighbors who needed commercials, and the word spread faster than the gear. By the end of the year the calendar was full and the studio made its first hire. That small beginning set the culture: no job too small, no detail too minor. We still answer the phone that way today.

2018

First broadcast campaign

The studio produced and delivered its first network broadcast campaign, a full package of commercials, cutdowns, and stills for a regional retail chain. The campaign ran across three states and put the studio on a different footing with agencies and media buyers. Overnight the crew learned to hit delivery deadlines measured in minutes, not days. The experience hardened our post-production pipeline into the reliable machine it is today. That discipline still shows up in every final master we ship.

2022

Brand studio launch

HOLD TYTE STUDIOS LLC launched its dedicated brand studio, adding identity design, packaging, and campaign art direction to the video and photo side of the house. Clients who arrived for a single commercial began leaving with complete brand systems. The new floor doubled the in-house crew and brought strategy, design, and production under one roof. Today the brand studio is the first stop for most new client relationships. It turned the studio from a vendor into a partner.

2026

500th project delivered

In 2026 the studio delivered its five hundredth finished project, a milestone that belongs to every client who trusted us with a story. The count spans commercials, documentaries, photo campaigns, and brand systems for more than forty businesses. The crew that started as one person is now twelve, and the garage is now a full production facility. The promise remains the same: stories made to hold tight. We are just getting started.
